Died 28th July 2016, peacefully in hospital.
(Formerly of Molesworth Road, Cookstown) R.I.P.
Agnes' remains will leave O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street on Sunday at 6.00pm to arrive at Nazareth House Care Village for 6.30pm.
Funeral on Monday after 12noon Requiem Mass.
Burial afterwards to Akinduff Cemetery, Dungannon. Arriving approx 2.30pm.
Very deeply regretted by her sister Winnie, nieces, nephews and family circle.
