The death has occurred of:
Alexander (Alex) Collins
Collins - April 9, 2017 (peacefully) at Fairfields Care Centre, Alexander (Alex), dearly loved husband of Caroline, 62 Moveagh Road, Cookstown, devoted father of Roy, David, Heather and Geoffrey, a loving father-in-law and grandfather and dear brother of William and the late Annie and Doreen.
Funeral leaving his late residence on Tuesday, 11 April at 1.00pm, for service in Kildress Parish Church at 2.00pm, followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery.
Family flowers only please.
Will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all the family circle.
