February 10, 2016, peacefully, at hospital, late of Lynne Avenue, Bangor, son of the late George and Mina Watters, dearly-loved brother of George, sister-in-law Jean, nieces Debby and Maxine and their families in Philadelphia. Funeral Service will be held at Roselawn Crematorium on Saturday 13th February at 11.00 a.m. Family flowers only please.
