CHARLOTTE MITCHELL
Passed away May 8, 2015, peacefully, late of Stormont Care Home. A Service of Thanksgiving for her life will be held on Wednesday 13th May, 2015 at 12.30 p.m. in St. Jude's Parish Church, Ormeau Road, Belfast, followed by committal in Knockbreda Cemetery. Sadly missed by the family circle. At peace.
