McNally (Turnavall, Newry ) died 30th October 2016 peacefully in the arms of his daddy and mammy, Colum R.I.P. beloved son of Mark and Joan and much loved brother of Orlagh, Kieran and Sarah-Jane, Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
His remains will leave his home 19 Turnavall Road on Wednesday at 12:00 noon for 1:00pm funeral Mass in St. Colman's Church Shinn. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing father, mother, brother, sisters, grandparents John and Marie McNally, and Seamus and Jane Lagan, aunts, uncles, cousins, family circle and friends. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Friends of Cancer Center, Belfast City Hospital C/o Digney Funeral Directors 4 Sugar House Quay Newry.

Dear Mark, Joan, Orlagh, Kieran and Sarah-Jane

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that I offer my deepest condolences for your tragic loss. Colum was a talented young man who distinguished himself by his passion for Engineering. Being named UK young engineer of the year was a tremendous achievement and testament to his engineering talents. I am told that he was very popular among his peers and despite the considerable challenges that his illness presented, he still managed to do well academically. No mean feat. We lost a talented young man who would have gone on to do great things for humanity.
