Chambers August 19, 2017 (suddenly), Denver, much loved husband of Michaela, 2 Stewart Avenue, Cookstown, loving father of Rebecca, beloved son of Valerie, treasured grandson of Gretta and the late Thomas Reid and dear son-in-law of Lorna and Richard Grimes.
Funeral leaving his late home on Wednesday, 23 August at 1.15pm, for service in Derryloran Parish Church at 2.00pm, followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery.
House private.
