ELIZA JANE (JEAN) JORDAN

Passed away February 28, 2016, peacefully, at hospital, late of Sydenham Court, beloved wife of the late Jackie and much-loved mother and grandmother. Funeral Service will be held in Roselawn Crematorium on Thursday 3rd March, 2016 at 3.30 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, may be made payable to Friends of Sydenham Court Association and sent to 48 Sydenham Gardens, Belfast BT4 1PP. The Lord is my Shepherd.
