The death has taken place of the late Gavin Ceulemans, died 3rd August 2018 peacefully at his home (after a long illness), Beloved husband of Joanne, loving father of Brianna, Mathieu and Eli, Gavin's remains will be removed from his home 16 Glencaw Park, Galliagh at 8.30am on Sunday 5th to St.Joseph's Church Galliagh for Mass at 9am Funeral Immediately Afterwards to the City cemetery On His Soul Sweet Jesus Have Mercy
