Cahoon January 9, 2017 (peacefully) at Craigavon Area Hospital, Heather, late of Fairfields Care Centre, Cookstown, dearly loved mother of Grace and grandmother of Katherine.
Funeral service in Lissan Parish Church on Wednesday, 11 January at 1.00pm, followed by interment in the adjoining Churchyard.
