The death has occurred of:
JOHN FREDERICK STANLEY (STAN) CHAPMAN

February 17, 2017, peacefully, at his own home, Rushmore Grove, Lisburn, dearly-loved husband of Phyllis, a loving and much-loved father to Donna, a dear brother and uncle.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Stan’s life will be held in St. Paul’s Parish Church, Ballinderry Road, Lisburn on Wednesday at 2.00 p.m., afterwards to Lisburn New Cemetery Blaris (Section A6) for burial.

House private. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, for N.I. Chest, Heart & Stroke, cheques payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account, c/o 20 Ballinderry Road, Lisburn, BT28 1UF.

Will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his loving wife, daughter and the wider family circle.
