The death has taken place 4th August 2018 of the late John Patrick Chrysafidis suddenly at his home 172 Elaghmore Park, Galliagh, Derry Beloved son of Eugenia and Pantelis, Dear Brother of Mia, Angela and the late Christoper, A dear and Loving Uncle to his Niece's and Nephew, John's Remains will be removed from his home at 11.30am on Wednesday 8th August to St.Joseph's Church Galliagh for Requiem Mass at 12pm Funeral Immediately afterwards to the City cemetery, On His Soul Sweet Jesus Have Mercy
