The death has occurred of:
Kathleen (Kay) BLEACKLEY (née Ballantyne)
21st October 2014, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Kathleen (Kay).
Funeral service in her home , 19 Blackburn Crescent, Waterside, on Friday at 2pm followed by burial in Altnagelvin Cemetery.
