Leo Concannon
The death has taken place of the late Leo Concannon, peacefully at his home 34 Westway, Creggan, Derry, Beloved Husband of Emma, Loving Father of Margaret, Donna,, Caroline, Leona and Patrick R.I.P. A dear and Loving Grandfather to all his Grandchildren, Leo's remains will be removed from his home at 9.15am on Saturday 4th to St. Columba's Church Long Tower for Requiem Mass at 10am Funeral immediately afterwards to the City cemetery
