PATRICIA AGNES ELIZABETH GRAY (née OTLEY)
Passed away April 7, 2018, peacefully, at Weavers House Nursing Home, Cookstown, loving wife of the late Samuel Gray, much-loved mother of Philip, Jonathon, Ann and Carolyn, a loving and adored grandmother and great-grandmother by all the children in Cookstown, Lisburn and the Isle of Man.
Funeral Service in Roselawn Crematorium on Monday 16th April 2018 at 1.00 p.m.
