Patricia (Pat) Faulkner (née Campbell)
Faulkner Patricia (Pat) nee Campbell August 19, 2017. Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, dearly beloved wife of the late Norman, much loved mother of Marina, Colin and Ian, loving mother-in-law of Nigel, Julie and Diane, devoted and adored grandmother of Felicity, Claire, Lucy and Darwin, dearest sister of Alan, Bessie, May and the late Kathleen, William and Tom.
Service of Thanksgiving for her life in Glendermott Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 23rd August at 1.30pm followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard
