The death has occurred of:
PATRICK JOHN COLLINS
(Formerly of 19 Mooreland Crescent). August 25, 2016, peacefully, at Our Lady's Care Home, surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of the late Renee and much-loved father of Michael, Desy, Pearse and Paul. R.I.P.
Patrick's remains will be reposing at his son Michael's home, 5 Bristow Park on Friday from 3.00 p.m.
Patrick's remains shall leave his son Michael's house, 5 Bristow Park on Sunday at 6.00 pm to arrive at St. Agnes' Church for 6.30pm. Funeral on Monday at 10.00 am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Blaris Cemetery.
Our Lady of Lourdes Pray for him.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, sister and entire family circle.
