The death has occurred of:
Peter John Rankin
Rankin - June 10, 2018 (peacefully) at his home, with his family by his side, Peter John Rankin, formerly of Ballymoney, Honorary Alderman and former leader of Preston City Council, beloved husband of Lynn and loving father of Jen and Gilly.
A civic service will take place at The Minster Church of St. John the Evangelist, Church Street, Preston on Monday 25th June at 11.30am.
