Bates, Philip John, Passed away peacefully on 30th November at the Mater Hospital.
Beloved son of the late Agnes and John. Loving father to Bradley, Jordan, Zara and Rebecca.
Funeral service to be held in Ravenhill Funeral Services on Wednesday 6th December at 10.30am and afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium.
