DONALD PHYLLIS - Died July 28, 2014. At hospital. Beloved wife of the late Harry and much loved mother of Julie and Nichola. Funeral service will be held from her home, 4 Brookmount Gardens on Friday 1st August at 9-30am and afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium for 11am. No flowers by request.
