REV. CANON CECIL WILLIAM MARCUS COOPER

June 6, 2016, former Rector of the Parishes of Magheradroll and Drumbeg and Past Editor of the Church of Ireland Gazette, peacefully, at Lisburn Intermediate Care Centre, dearly-loved husband of the late Olive (nee Perrott), much-loved brother of Hazel Bredin (Dublin), brother-in-law of Joy Griffin, dear uncle of David and the late Rosemary. Funeral Service in St. Mark's Parish Church, Ballymacash Road, Lisburn on Friday 10th June, 2016, at 1.00 p.m., followed by a Private Family Committal. Family flowers only please. He will be fondly remembered by a wide circle of parishoners, friends and colleagues.

Every Monday morning for over 20 years Cecil brightened our lives and educated us in the ways of the Church of Ireland and Irish Rugby.
