Ross Samuel James (Sam) 26th June 2015 (suddenly) dearly loved husband of Helen 36 Cameron park, Ballymena.
Funeral service in Ahoghill Gospel Hall on Wednesday 1st July at 1pm interment afterwards Ballee cemetery.
