The death has occurred of:
SAMUEL (SAMMY) McCONNELL

Passed away April 7, 2016, (suddenly), in hospital.
Will be sadly missed by his wife Isabell, daughter Jillian, son-in-law Kyle and grandchildren Stephen, Zach and Ziva.

A Funeral Service will be held from the family home on Monday 11th April, 2016, at 2.00 p.m., followed by committal in Carnmoney Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to N.I. Cancer Research, 17 Bloomfield Avenue, Belfast, BT4 1RX.

Memories have such loving ways of bringing back our yesterdays.
