Meeke Samuel (Sammy) 29th November 2016 (suddenly) at his home 34 Shandon Park, Ballymena.
Wonderful husband of Anne, loving father of Christopher and Nicholas, dear father in law of Lynda and devoted grandfather of Connor and Harvey.
Funeral service at Roselawn Crematorium on Friday 2nd December at 4.30pm.
