The death has occurred of:
SAMUEL (SAMMY) TELFORD

Died July 10, 2016, beloved husband of Nora, and loving father of Alison, Sammy, Noreen, Linda, Ian and Jim.

A short service to be held on Friday 15th July from his home, 26 Ballysillan Drive at 9.00 a.m. followed by funeral service in Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle at 10.00 a.m. and afterwards to Carnmoney Main Cemetery for 11.00 a.m.

Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, if desired to N.I. Hospice c/o Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors, 117 Shankill Road, Belfast, BT13 1FD.

Will be sadly missed by his wife, daughters, sons, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
