Fields (née Simpson) - September 6th 2017 (peacefully) at Craigavon Area Hospital, Sarah (Sadie), dearly loved Wife of the late Hermon, 46 Derrycaw Road, Moy, much loved Mother of Alan, Gloria, Colin and Jennifer, a dear Mother-in-Law of Linda, George, Audrey and Alan, a loving Grandmother and Great Grandmother and a dear Sister of Mabel, Sam, Muriel, Ernie, Ethel, Gloria and the late Susie, Bert, Harry, Willie and Melvin.
Funeral from her home on Friday, September 8th at 1.30pm to St. James Parish Church, Moy for service at 2.00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard.
