Service on Tuesday 20th at 10.15am in St. Jude's Ormeau Road, followed by cremation in Roselawn at 11.30am.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to N.I. Children's Hospice, c/o Co-op Funeral Services, Rosetta.

At peace.
