Died December 23, 2015, peacefully, at hospital, late of Victoria Gardens, Ballyhalbert, loving husband of Mabel, dear father of Jean, Sylvia and Frank, father-in-law of David, Wesley and Virgina, much-loved granda of George, Oliver, Rebecca, Amy and Rachel.
