Thomas James (Tom) Black
Black - July 29th 2016 (peacefully) at The Macmillan Unit, Antrim Area Hospital, Thomas James (Tom), dearly loved Husband of Vivien, "Grouse Lodge", 10 Ballybriest Road, Cookstown, devoted Father of Joe, Adam and Rachel, dearest Brother of Avril and Enid, Brother-in-Law of Noel and Uncle of Grace.
Funeral from his home on Sunday, July 31st, at 2.30pm to Claggan Presbyterian Church for service, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard.

Will be very sadly missed by his loving Wife, Family and Family Circle.
