COLLINS, 22nd July 2014, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Derry. Una Ann (formerly of Belfast and Late of Culmore Manor Care Home, Derry).
Beloved daughter of the Late Johnny and Annie (Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh). Loving sister of Sadie and the Late Eithna, Moira, Lila, Gerard and Dessie.
Funeral leaving Culmore Manor on Wednesday, 23rd July at 4.30pm to St. Joseph's Church, Galliagh, Derry for Requiem Mass on Thursday 24th at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in Ballyoan Cemetery, Derry.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.
