Beloved son of Robert and Eileen, loving brother to Jennifer, cherished partner of Joanna and loving grandson to Bridie, Kathleen and Billy.
Funeral Service to be held at St Moluas Parish Church, 645 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast BT4 3LR on Wednesday 11th September at 1.00pm and afterwards to Roselawn Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may be sent if desired, direct to National Youth Advocacy Service, Tower House, 1 Tower Road, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 1FF where Adam was a volunteer.
