The family of the late Agnes Jane McCorkell would like to thank most sincerely everyone who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement.
All those who called, brought gifts, text, send sympathy and mass cards, donated to the charity in lieu of flowers and attended the funeral.
To all the Doctors and Staff of Riverfront Medical, past and present, the Community Nurses, the acute Nursing Team and the Marie Curie Nurses.
A special thanks to Doctor Steven Breslin and the community Nursing Sister Linda Peoples.
To the many Carers who cared so compassionately for Agnes over the years, enabling her to live life to the fullest at home, as she wished. These include Bryson Care West, North West Care and Strabane Caring.
We would also like to thank the Pharmacists and Staff of Boots Crescent Link for so efficiently sorting Agnes medication.
A huge thank you to Community O. T. Karen McMann and the Physiotherapists and Podiatrists who also cared for Agnes at home.
Many thanks to the Staff of Waterside Hospital who helped rehabilitate Agnes over recent years.
Special thanks to the Rev. Stephen Hibbert for his prayers and beautiful funeral service. A warm thanks to Mr. Herbie Guthrie and the ladies of the church for a lovely tea afterwards, the caretaker and the organist.
Thanks also the grave digger for preparing the final resting place and Derek Magee for piping her there.
Finally a very special thanks to David and Ruth Hay and Sons for their unwavering support, professionalism, attention to detail and kindness throughout.
