The death has occurred of:
Alice Ferrity (née Bradley)
We the family of the late Alice Ferrity wish to express our sincere appreciation to all those who sympathised, prayed for, and supported us during our recent sad bereavement.
We want to acknowledge the support shown to us by our relatives, friends, and neighbours who helped in so many ways during the wake and funeral. We would also like to express gratitude to all those who called to the house, sent cards, flowers, messages of sympathy, and attended the funeral.
Heartfelt thanks to all the doctors; especially Dr McConville, nurses, and staff at Altnagelvin Hospital in Ward 50 and the Sperrin Unit who cared for Alice during her illness. Special thanks also to Drumragh family practice, particularly Lynn Hamilton who always offered great support and comfort. We would also like to thank the Rapid Response team in Omagh and the Gortin community nurses who attended to Alice at home. Thank you also to the staff of Bradley’s Pharmacy.
A very special thank you to Fr. Gallagher for his support and the lovely requiem mass. We would also like to thank the hospital Chaplin Fr Sean O’ Donnell and student priest Stephen Ward for their compassionate support at a difficult time. Thank you to funeral director, Philip Morris for the dignified and professional manner he carried out Alice’s funeral arrangements. Thank you to the grave diggers who prepared Alice’s final resting place. Thanks to Gerry Loughran for the beautiful music.
Also, thank you to Jimmy Fox of the Old Charm Inn Carrickmore for providing refreshments and to Greencastle Community Centre for use of the hall.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
Forever loved and sadly missed by her husband Mickey, Michael, Jacinta (Declan), Fiona (Mickey), Geraldine (Sean), her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
Alice’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Friday 17th June at 7:30PM in St. Patrick’s Church, Greencastle.
Our lady of Knock pray for her
