McCRORY
Alice
Cullion, Omagh
18th November 2023

The family of the late Alice McCrory would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who supported us, sympathised and prayed for us through our recent sad bereavement.

Sincere thanks to those who sent Mass and Sympathy Cards and to those who left messages of condolences online. Thank you to all who attended Mum’s wake and funeral mass. We will be forever grateful for the support we received from relatives, friends and neighbours, especially those who helped over the wake preparing and serving food.

A special word of appreciation to Fr Kevin McElhennon, PP and all the clergy who visited mum, attending to her spiritual needs and for the support and strength given to the family. Thanks also to Fr Declan McGeehan for celebrating the heartfelt and comforting funeral mass. We convey our thanks to all those who assisted with the liturgy and to Brian, Gina and Eamon Donnelly for providing the beautiful music.

Our sincere gratitude to O’Kane Funeral Directors and the grave diggers for the dignified, respectful and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were conducted.

Thanks to Richard and Selina Beattie and staff at Glenpark Estate for providing refreshments during the wake and for the use of the carpark. Thank you to all our friends, neighbours and Killyclogher GAC for all the help they provided and assisting with car parking during the wake. Thanks to Knockmoyle Community Association for the use of the hall and to all those who helped prepare and serve the refreshments.

Our sincere thanks to Sperrin Medical Practice, Kelly’s Chemist, Omagh District Nursing, Rapid Response team and the carers who in a dignified and compassionate way assisted us as a family to help care for mum at home.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our gratitude and appreciation.

Alice was a loved mother, grandmother, sister, Aunt, friend and neighbour who will be sorely missed by us all. May she rest in God’s eternal love and peace.

Mum’s month’s mind mass will be celebrated in St Mary’s Church, Knockmoyle on Sunday 17th December at 10am.
