The Family of the late Amy Mitchell, 112 Lough Fea Road, Cookstown would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent loss.
Thank you to all who sent cards, gifts and messages of sympathy, to those who lined the funeral route to pay their respects or gave donations in lieu of flowers.
A special word of thanks to Rev Hugh Mullan and Rev Ivor Smith for their pastoral care and taking the funeral services.
A special thanks to the staff of Antrim Area Hospital, the Doctors and Staff of The Oaks Family Practice, the Community Care Team and the Staff of Fairfields Care Home.
We wish also to express our appreciation to all those Friends and Family who faithfully visited Mum in her own home and at Fairfields Care Home.
Finally we wish to express our sincere thanks to Helen and Staff of D. Watters Funeral Services for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and for the care and kindness shown at this sad time.
