We the family of the late Anna O’Hagan (RIP) who passed away on 12th February, would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us following the untimely passing of our beloved Mum, Granny, Mother-in-law, Aunty and loyal friend Anna. Your prayers and kind words have brought us great comfort and strength.
A special thank you to those who attended her wake and funeral, sent messages of sympathy and Mass cards and kept us in your prayers. Your kindness has meant so much to our family and we deeply appreciate it.
A special thank you to Canon Kearney for all his support and celebration of the Requiem Mass honouring and celebrating Mum’s life so beautifully also to Gabriel and Ellen for the beautiful singing and music reflecting Mum’s life with warmth and gratitude.
To Sr. Frances Connolly who offered us strength on her nightly visits with prayers and songs, thank you. Our thanks also to Mum’s neighbours P.J. and Mary Murtagh, your visits, help and companionship made a real difference in her life, and we will always be grateful.
Thank you to Dr. McCreesh, the Staff of St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, and the Acute Care at Home Team who cared for Mum with compassion and professionalism during the last few weeks of her life.
Thank you to Cathal and the team at McAnulty Funeral Directors for their guidance, empathy and dignity with which everything was handled and to Hugh and the Staff of Diamonds Restaurant for providing refreshments following the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone personally, we hope this acknowledgement serves as a small token of our heartfelt appreciation.
Anna’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 15th March at 6pm in Mary Queen of Peace Church, Warrenpoint.
