Anne Gallagher (née Smith)
Anne (Bessbrook), died peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Walter Gerald and loving mother to Stephen, Damian, Juliana, Gerry, Anne, Paddy, Felix, David, Catherine and Jimmy, devoted grandmother and great grandmother.
Sister to Jim and Tom and the late May, Mona, Phil, Margaret, Imelda, Francis, Clement Anthony and Clem.
Anne is reposing at her son Stephen’s home, 2 Wilton Grove, Millvale Road, Bessbrook, from 5 pm to 9 pm today, Monday, January 27th, and 2 pm to 9 pm on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025.
Funeral leaving the house on Wednesday, 29th January 2025, at 10.15 am for 11 am Requiem Mass in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Cloughreagh. Interment afterwards in St Peter and St Paul’s Cemetery, Bessbrook.
House private the morning of the funeral.
Deeply regretted by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and entire family circle.
