Diarmuid, with the Gervin and Conway families would like to take this opportunity to
express our deep appreciation and sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us on the loss of Anne, a much-loved wife, sister, sister-in-law and aunt.
A special word of thanks to our extended family, kind neighbours and friends for their help, support and generosity during Anne’s illness, wake and funeral. We are indebted to all those who called at the house, brought and sent food, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messages and floral tributes, and expressed their condolences via telephone and social media.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to those who served tea and provided meals
during the wake.
We would like to thank the Doctors and Nursing Staff of Daisy Hill Hospital and Craigavon Area Hospital who cared for Anne with such sincerity. Also thanks to the GP Surgery Barrack Street, District Nursing Staff and Carers.
Our sincere gratitude to Fr Eugene O’Neill who celebrated Anne’s beautiful funeral Mass and
delivered such a heartfelt homily and also to Canon Benny Fee for concelebrating the Mass.
Thanks to Briege Canavan and Nuala McCormick for the beautiful singing and organ
accompaniment which enhanced the celebration of the Mass.
A special word of thanks to Dermot and Hugh Quinn of Quinn Bros Funeral Services,
Portadown for the extremely caring, attentive and dignified manner in which they conducted
Anne’s funeral arrangements. Thanks also to the gravedigger and Church Sacristan.
Thanks also to Brackaville Owen Roes GAA Club for the use of their premises and assistance after the funeral and to Kelly Anne Corr for the lovely refreshments.
We took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from the support of everyone who linedthe funeral cortege route, those who joined us at the Church and those who viewed Anne’s funeral Mass online.
As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deepest gratitude to all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
Anne’s Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 5th November 2024 at 7:30pm in St. Mary’s and St Joseph’s Church, Brackaville Road, Coalisland.
