The family of the late Anne Conway would like to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
Thank you to our extended family, friends and neighbours for their support, and to all those who sent sympathy cards, brought food, and helped us during Mum’s wake in any way, we are extremely grateful.
We would especially like to thank the staff of Draperstown Health Centre, O’Kane’s Pharmacy and the Gortin District Nurse Team for their care and dedication shown to Mum. Also, a special word of thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Altnagelvin Hospital for the kindness, compassion and attentiveness you showed to Mum, and to us, during her time with you.
To Mum’s loyal carers, Teresa, Eithina, Maureen, Patricia and Geraldine, we will never be able to truly articulate the gratitude we have for your care, love and devotion shown to mum over the last few years.
To Father Brian Donnelly for his beautiful celebration of Mum’s requiem mass, and for his pastoral care of mum at home. Thanks also to Moira Crawley for her beautiful singing during the Mass and also to Mum’s dear friend Mary who brought her Holy Communion every Sunday, we are especially thankful.
We would like to thank Kieran Kirk Funeral Directors for their dignified, professional and respectful service, and also those who prepared Mum’s final resting place. Thank you also to Anna Miles and all the ladies of Plumbridge Parish Hall for providing the lovely food after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be taken as a token of our gratitude and appreciation.
Anne’s month’s mind will be celebrated on Saturday 5 October at 7.30pm at St Patrick’s Church, Cranagh.
