The death has occurred of:
Anne McHUGH
Paula, Linda, Tony and the family of the late Anne McHugh (50 Greenvale Drive, Cookstown) wish to express their sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sudden bereavement.
We have been overwhelmed by the volume of Mass cards, sympathy cards and private messages we have received, your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. Our thanks to the many relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues who called to the house and sent flowers and to those who left messages online or via social media.
Thank you to Father Brian Slater for the comforting Requiem Mass in celebrating Anne’s life. To Father Lawrence Boyle for his pastoral care and to Fr Patrick Devlin for administrating the Last Rites to Anne.
Thank you to Andrea Begley and Patrick Slevin for the most beautiful music which added greatly to the Mass and also to the readers and gift bearers.
The family express their sincere thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Ward B2 in Antrim Hospital for the care and comfort they provided to Anne in her final days and to Loy Medical Centre for their care.
Thank you to Joanna Loughran, Funeral Director for the dignified and professional manner in which funeral arrangements were carried out. A word of thanks to the grave diggers for preparing Anne’s final resting place.
Thank you to Mickey and the staff in Greenvale House Hotel for providing refreshments after Anne’s funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Anne’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 11th February 2024 at 9.30am in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown.
Our Lady of Knock pray for her.
May she rest in peace.
