The Family of the late Annie Bloomfield, 20 Hervey Hill Road, Kilrea, would like to express sincere thanks to all who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement.

To all the family, friends and neighbours who attended the wake, sent cards, messages, brought food to the family home or attended the Church service. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Many thanks to those who kindly and generously gave donations in lieu of flowers to ‘OMF International’, the family’s chosen charity.
We would like to sincerely thank the following - Doctors and Staff of Portglenone Health Centre, the District Nurses, the Team of dedicated Carers from Ann’s Homecare who attended to Mum with such compassion and finally to the Doctors and Nurses of Causeway Hospital for all the medical attention and care received by Mum in any way.

Sincere thanks to Rev Richard Morrison for his pastoral care to Mum and the Family and to the Rev Albert Baxter for conducting the funeral service. To David McFetridge, gravedigger, Donna Dundas, organist and Keith Dundas on the sound and visual team. To Memory Lane, Kilrea for the funeral tea, the ladies of Churchtown Presbyterian Church who helped served the tea and to the Elders and Committee Members that helped in anyway at the funeral, this was greatly appreciated by the Family.

Finally we would like to thank Helen and all the staff at D Watters Funeral Services for all the help, care and compassion shown to us and for carrying out the funeral arrangements in a dignified and professional manner.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
