Annie Bogan,
301 Loughmuck Road,
Fintona, Co Tyrone.
Died 25th April 2022.

Annie passed away on the 25th of April, a widely respected, devoted family lady, mother, mother in law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. We, her family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement. We have been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of mass and sympathy cards and private messages we have received. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Our thanks to those who called to the house, who telephoned, who sent Mass or sympathy cards, flowers or donations in lieu of flowers and those who left messages online or via social media. Thanks to those who lined the funeral route or who joined us at the Mass or via the webcam. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped out in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.
A special word of thanks to Father Seán Mulligan for his spiritual support and the comforting Requiem Mass, to Father Patrick McEntee PP for his spiritual support and to Father Kevin Duffy for his attendance at the wake house and at the graveside. Our thanks also to Father Kevin Connolly for the spiritual help given to Mum during his time in the parish. We convey our appreciation to the Sacristan Mary and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musicians Fergal McAloon and Stephen Corrigan who provided the beautiful music. Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the grave diggers Tommy and Gary Boyle for preparing Mum’s final resting place.
Our thanks also to Victor Johnson for the use of the Gospel Hall for car parking and to Kellys Inn for providing the lovely dinner after the funeral.
Our sincere thanks to all the Healthcare professionals involved in Mum’s care.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Annie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona on Friday 3rd June at 7.30pm and may also be viewed via the Donacavey Parish Webcam. Our Lady pray for her.
