I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Arthur’s death. He will be ever fixed in my memory as a great man who possessed such keen intelligence, mischief, kindness, wisdom and wit. Whenever Uncle Arthur appeared, his ability to change or create an atmosphere of fun - made an afternoon spent in Granny Lusty’s a brilliant experience. He is greatly loved, admired and held sweetly in my memories, alongside Aunt Lily, Ali, Gill, Mark, Karen and their family
