Danny, Joan, Donal, Una and Kevin, the family of the late Attracta McLernon, with the entire family circle, wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who offered their support and kindness: to those who called to the house, attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, and letters, or helped in any way.
A special word of thanks to Dominic Kelly and the paramedics, for attending to Attracta and for the care and support shown to the family.
Sincere thanks to all who assisted during the wake, brought food to the family home, and supported us throughout. Your generosity and presence were a great comfort.
We extend our sincere thanks to Fr. Luke McWilliams for his spiritual support and for celebrating such a beautiful and meaningful Requiem Mass.
Thank you also to the Gribbin Girls for the lovely music, to Barry Dallat, Arbutus, for providing refreshments after the funeral, and to Wishy Drain for preparing the grave.
We are especially thankful to our kind relatives, friends and neighbours whose help, compassion and presence were invaluable during this difficult time.
A particular word of thanks to Damien McKeown for organising car parking and providing refreshments during the wake, and to Rasharkin GAC for their assistance with parking and stewarding.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Dempsey’s Funeral Directors for the professional, compassionate and dedicated manner in which they carried out all aspects of the funeral arrangements. Your personal attention and empathy meant a great deal to us.
The Month’s Mind Mass for Attracta will be celebrated on Tuesday 8th July 2025 at 7.00pm in St. Mary’s Church, Rasharkin. All are welcome.
