Austin Tanney

( 1975. - 2024. )

The family of the late Austin Tanney would like to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Austin was a devoted husband to Stephanie, a much loved father of Zane and Alexa, a beloved son of Anne and Pat and a loving brother of Catherine. He is not only dearly missed by his immediate and wider family but also by his very many friends and colleagues.
A special thank you to everyone who attended the funeral and to all whose prayers and good wishes sustained Austin and the family during his illness and since his death.
We would also like to offer our sincere gratitude to the NHS cancer team and to the nurses and doctors who treated Austin during the past year. Their kindness, compassion and competence will never be forgotten.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we sincerely hope that this acknowledgement of our gratitude will be accepted by all who contacted us in person, who sent cards of sympathy or who contributed to cancer charities in Austin’s memory.
