The husband, son, daughter and family circle of the late Barbara Young wish to express their sincere gratitude to the many kind friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
We would especially like to thank all those who gave donations, sent cards and letters, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral, telephoned or helped in anyway.
Thank you to Dr McKenna and Dr Millar of the Cancer Centre and also Dr McGivern, Dr Harley and Dr Magorrian at Dromara Surgery. We extend our appreciation to Ballynahinch and Downpatrick Nurses, Linda Bell, Marie Curie Nurses and Kathleen McEvoy.
A special thank you to Rev Canon Warren Russell for his visits, many messages and prayers during Barbara’s illness and his words of comfort in the home and at the funeral service.
Thank you also to George Hanna for the lovely refreshments after the service.
Finally, thank you to Norman McBriar and Son for the caring, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Hoping this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
