The family of the late Bernie Ogilby wish to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all who offered sympathy and support during their recent bereavement. Your kindness through visits to the home, attendance at the funeral, Mass and sympathy cards, messages of comfort, and every act of assistance has brought great comfort at a very difficult time.
We extend our deepest thanks to Monsignor Dolan for his spiritual guidance and for celebrating such a beautiful Requiem Mass. Our gratitude also goes to Erin Carlin and Isobel Caldwell for the beautiful and comforting music.
A special word of thanks is extended to WJ O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors for their compassion, professionalism, and guidance throughout this sad time.
We also wish to express our sincere appreciation to the carers who attended to Bernie daily, to her many friends, and to her neighbours in St Canice’s Park, whose support, presence and kindness meant everything to Bernie and the family over the years.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep and lasting gratitude.
Bernie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 14th June at 12pm in Star of the Sea, Faughanvale.
