Daddy on your first anniversary.
My Daddy's voice, my Daddy's hug,
my Daddy's scent are all things that's no longer there.
I realise this more each time I see his
empty chair, my Daddy's love is no longer there.
My broken heart and tear filled eyes,
Another much loved soul in the sky.
The good times we shared, happy memories made
And the laughs we created along the way.
These are just some of the things
I miss when I think of my Daddy.
