Breige Lawless (née O' Kane)

The husband, son, daughter, brothers, sisters and extended family of the late Breige Lawless wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent, sudden bereavement.
Thank you to everyone who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, telephoned, texted, reached out via social media, sent flowers or food.
A sincere, heartfelt thank you to all our relatives, neighbours and friends who attended or watched Breige’s requiem Mass via the webcam on Christmas Eve.
Thank you for the kindness of our local and wider community, who came to pay their respects and lined the route as her remains were taken to and from the Holy Rosary Church. It gave us great comfort.
Thank you to Bishop McKeown and the priests of the Derry Diocese, for their support shown throughout this sad time.
Special thanks to Fr. Madden, Fr. McGirr, Fr. Downey, Fr. O’Neill & Monsignor Donnelly for celebrating Breige’s requiem Mass.
Thank you to Jolene Conway for the beautiful and reverent singing and music at the funeral Mass, and to the sacristan and church stewards.
A sincere thank you to Dr. Logan and the dedicated paramedic team, who worked tirelessly with Breige and offered her every possible comfort in her final moments.
We are most grateful to Fr. Madden for his spiritual guidance throughout this difficult time. He was there from the minute he was needed and continues to be a support to the family.
A special thank you to Kevin Murray Funeral Directors for their professionalism and care in which they conducted Breige’s funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Breige’s Month’s Mind Mass will be on Friday 21st January at 7.30pm in the Holy Rosary Church, Draperstown and may be viewed on Ballinascreen Parish webcam.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt and a much beloved sister and sister in law.
She is sorely missed and never to be forgotten.
St. Pio pray for her.
