Janet, Simon, Gillian and Sheena and all the family of the late Brendan McGurk (R.I.P.) would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who sympathised with them on their recent sad and sudden bereavement.
Thanks to everyone who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, telephoned, sent their condolences, sent floral tributes and also to our kind family and friends for their kindness and compassion shown to us this past month.

A very special thanks to the Paramedics who attended to Brendan at home and to all the Medical Team and Nursing Staff at Craigavon Area Hospital for their help and support given to Brendan during his short stay. We will be eternally grateful.

A special word of thanks to Fr. Brian White for his spiritual support and prayers at Brendan’s funeral and burial and to Cathy McKenna for the beautiful singing at the funeral.

A special word of thanks to Riverdale F.C, Dungannon MUFC supporters club and the staff at the Bottle for their amazing guard of honours and kind words of Brendan.
We will be forever grateful to Daddy’s great friend Maurice Rooney for Piping him on his final journey down Benburb street.

To the wider Benburb, Tullysaran and Clonfeacle community, your support was incredible, we were truly touched by the kind and dignified send off Brendan was given.

We would like to thank the McAnallen family and their amazing staff for their support and food provided.

Thanks to Hugo and his staff at J.J McArdle Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional funeral arrangements especially in these difficult times our thanks also to the gravediggers who prepared Brendan’s final resting place.

Brendan’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 16th February at 19:00pm Due to Covid-19 restrictions the public are not permitted to attend the Mass but it can be viewed on the link below.
