McGirr Brendan Fintona died peacefully at his late residence on Friday 16th October 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Cherished husband of Breige (McCabe). Beloved father to Damien, Damaris, PJ, and the late Michelle. Father in law to Linda & Edel. Devoted Grandfather to Rishall, Shannon, Olivia and Leo. Cherished Son of Lily and the late Edward. Much loved brother of Eddie, Vincent, Fran, Patricia (Ward), Damien and the late Sean and Bernie (Maguire). Brendan will be reposing at his late residence 34 Legamaghery Road, Fintona BT78 2HA from 11am on Saturday 17th October. Brendan will leave his late residence on Monday 19th October at 10.25am for 11.00am requiem mass in St Lawrence’s Church Fintona, burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Brendan will travel along the Legamaghery Road, Kilnahusogue Road, Ecclesville Road and Lisdergan Road to arrive at 11am. In light of the Coronavirus virus and in the interests of health and safety within the community, the wake will be private. Alternatively, the funeral mass can be viewed via Donacavey Parish webcam. Deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughter, daughters in law, grandchildren, mother, brothers, sister, nephews, nieces and entire family circle. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
